HELLO YELLOW: PROENZA SCHOULER PS1
I ordered this yellow Proenza Schouler PS1 online and received it a few days ago. The bright color is a lot of fun -- especially in the doldrums of winter. But I'm not really sure what to wear it with. All black? Prints (which I don't own much of)? Help a girl out and let me know what you think!

DeleteI have a bright yellow PS11 and I wear it with navy, grey, khaki. It's more versatile than you think! I also just bought a yellow Prada bag that I can't wait to wear. Looks great!

Deletei've been loving the PS1 bag since it came out! the yellow could be a neutral! rock with almost anything--bold colors, tee and jeans, dark neutrals--it'll look great!

Deletethis is amazing!! i love the pop of color =) i think with any type of neutral colors or jeans and a simple top the back would go great! i imagine skinny jeans (your amazing J brands) and like a vince sweater with the bag!

I'm curious, what made you choose yellow over the other colors that this bag comes in? Btw, we seem to have similar posting schedules, thanks to our day jobs, I guess? :)

Hi Donna, I'm really drawn to the darker PS1's (midnight & navy especially) but already have quite a few dark bags and wanted to mix it up a little. Rather than staying with a safe color, it figured this was a good opportunity to go bold. The tailored, structured design of the bag is perfectly suited for a fun color without looking toyish. :)

I've been dying to add a PS1 to my humble bag collection, but unfortunately, it's not easily available in Canada.. which means that if I have any hardware issues, I'm outta luck! Hope you don't experience any of the QC issues I've been hearing about.
